Beyond the buzz of Bristol's pregnancy, there is something bigger the media should be concerned about...we have a woman running for Vice President! She is the first female Vice Presidential candidate for the Republican party and, if elected, will be the first woman VP in the White House.
The 44-year-old Governor of Alaska is a mother of five, team hockey mom and member of the PTA. Palin, according to her website, "has managed to balance her family life with public service," and is, "living the American dream while ensuring it for other to enjoy." Sound familiar? I think just about every busy mother in America can relate to Sarah Palin in some way.
She was the first woman to take office as governor in Alaska; will she be the first to take over Washington too?
