Homestate Heroes
I was doing a little digging around Pollster.com and found some really interesting numbers. Turns out, they've been gathering numbers for each state since February. Notice how in August, the month of the party conventions and the announcement of running mates, the polls in the homestates for each of the VP candidates take a dramatic turn. Below is the data for Alaska (Palin's home state) and Delaware (Biden's home state).

this is my data from class that got deleted, i thought i would just publish it to the blog because it related to our topic.
it is interesting data, i wish publications would give more easy to read charts like these.
